いつでも戻れる場所 ～４年目のスタジオ翼～
それなりに歳を重ねてきた今、運動することの意味や大切さが、昔とは変わってきました。
運動する理由は人それぞれだと思いますが、健やかでいるために、身体を動かすということは欠かせないのだと思います。
コミュニティビル安庵３階にあるスタジオ翼。ロゴマークにはツバメのイラストが描かれています。
ツバメには、安心・安全だとわかった場所に、また戻ってくるという習性があります。スタジオ翼にも、いつか・いつでも戻ってこれる場所という思いが込められています。
運動は、継続することが難しいものの一つ。また、様々な理由で中止せざるを得ない場合もあります。
長く休んでしまうと、再開しづらくなってしまうものですが、ツバメのように安心して戻れる場所として、スタジオ翼は皆さまの健やかな毎日をサポートしてくれています。
今回はスタジオ翼のスタッフの思い、そしてスタジオに通われている方のお声をお届けします。
コミュニティビル安庵３階にある女性専用フィットネスジム、スタジオ翼も４年目に入りました。
通って下さる方々は、年齢も生活環境も様々ですが、≪ふらっと立ち寄れる場所≫にもなっているのかな、と感じられることが、最近の嬉しいことです。
家族の介護、子育て中のママさん・・・状況は違えど、スタジオに来ることで、少しでも息抜きになってくれていたら・・・。
先日も、お仕事をしながら、二人のお子さんを育てるママさんが、声をかけてくれました。
「塾とかいろいろ忙しくて、子供の視力も悪くなって、眼鏡も買わないといけないし・・・
バタバタしていたら身体が戻ってきちゃいました💦 また通います！！！」
ふとした時に立ち寄れて、少しでも拠り所になれる場所があるのも、皆さんの忙しなく色々とある“今”を少しでも元気にしているのかなと思いました。そんなまた来ようと思ってもらえる場所がスタジオ翼の目指すところですが、何より私自身が皆様から元気をいただいており、日々感謝しています。
≪様々な理由で皆さまは通われていますが、ダイエットと健康のため？！が一番多い理由≫
身体を動かすことが好きな人は良いですが、そうでない人にとっての運動は、ただただ苦痛なものです。
ただ運動というのは身体を健康にするだけでなく、心も豊かにし、健康的に過ごすことができます。
そういう私も現職に就く前、３時間以上歩くと激痛が走っていた左股関節の痛みが、今はなくなりました。その時は、自由に歩けなくなった自分を一瞬想像しました。身体は使ってあげないと機能は低下します。
何かあってから運動しておけばよかった・・・にはなりたくないですよね。
最近知ったことですが、骨密度は２０歳くらいまでにある一定基準の数値までいくと、更年期以降の骨粗鬆症やその疑いの可能性に大きく差が出るらしいです。
でも一方で、いくつになっても骨密度は増えるというから驚きです。
運動を始めるきっかけ（動機）はなんでもいいのです。
大事なのは、どう習慣化するか、です。
どんな運動でも良いので、身体を積極的に動かす習慣を身に着け、心も身体も健康的で美しくありたいです。
それをお手伝いするのが私達の仕事だと考え、お客様に向き合い寄り添っています。
そして何より、”カラダが変わればココロも変わる”カラダは日々の生活の積み重ねでできています。

思っていたほど体重が落ちず、産後２カ月過ぎにスタジオ翼に通い始めました。
